Log into CardPointe: https//accounts.cardconnect.com/
Step 1. Input Username & Password and Click on Log In
2. Click on Administration
3. Click on Users >> Click on + New User
4. Add Details of new user
First Name
Last Name
Email
Time Zone
User Type (Admin/Standard)
5. Select Options to give access to user.
6. Click on Save
New User will get an email with password set request.
